Almond Butter Pump Skid

    Accomplishments:

     

    Spec Engineering provided a pump skid system that will be integrated into the current syrup blending system. Product is transferred from a storage tank to a mixing tank.

     

    Project Highlights: 

    • Product is accurately transferred
    • All 304 stainless steel for sanitary requirements
    • Jacketed fittings eliminate the product hardening during transfer
    • Clean-in-Place (CIP) operation hookup and mobile CIP pump provided
    • Tied into the existing PLC and added remote HMI panel
