Spec Team Spotlight: Lauren Lambert

Meet Lauren! Lauren Lambert is a Production and Project Coordinator at Spec Engineering. She recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with Spec in July. Since her time at Spec, she has seen the company grow and change. “Spec has grown so much since I started, especially with new employees and new processes,” she said.

Lauren is responsible for scheduling projects and resources in the shop and works closely with the project managers to efficiently move projects along. Her favorite part of her job is seeing projects move from beginning to end.

When asked what her favorite part about being a member of the Spec team is, she said the people. “Everyone is so nice and treats you like family,” she said. She also described Spec in one word – “Family.” Her most memorable experience with Spec since she started is moving into the new Naperville building.
