We are looking for difference makers and impact players. The Engineering and Manufacturing Manager will have Manufacturing and/or Mechanical experience as well as some drawing and design experience. The Engineering and Manufacturing Manager will oversee proper hand-off between the Engineering department and Shop Department and oversee both teams. The Engineering and Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for efficiency, support SPEC projects including engineering, equipment, fabrication and assembly. The Engineering and Manufacturing Manager maintains schedule and in-field installation as well as implement safety/efficiency of operations in the warehouse.
