Spec Engineering Joins PEMA
Spec Engineering is proud to announce our membership in PEMA (Process Equipment Manufacturers’ Association). PEMA focuses on bringing together companies that supply equipment and systems that are used by process industries. Member companies must meet association criteria and be voted in by the PEMA Board of Directors.
Spec offers a single source for system design and process equipment integration, helping customers meet demands in bulk processing and material handling by providing practical design solutions that cater to their unique needs. Along with designing and supplying equipment and systems, Spec’s confectionery line, CandyWorx, has a robust product line manufactured at our Naperville and Plainfield, IL locations. The CandyWorx product lines include depositors, belt coaters, and a bean-to-bar chocolate equipment line. Spec’s membership in PEMA aligns with three of Spec’s seven Pillars of Service: equipment, processing, and fabrication/installation.
The PEMA website serves as a database for customers looking for a specific equipment or systems provider. View Spec Engineering’s profile here. As Spec becomes more involved with PEMA, we look forward to connecting with peers at events, webinars, and conferences. Beyond in-person events, access to surveys, industry forecasting, seminars, and other member resources will help our company stay connected with our customers and the industry.
