Spec Engineering Introduces Jendryk as the new VP of Business Development

 

Plainfield, IL., February 9, 2021 – Spec Engineering, a Gray company, announced today that Jeff Jendryk has joined the company as VP of Business Development. Jendryk earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, also in Chicago. He has more than 30 years of experience in the marketing, consulting, and design of projects and equipment in the food & beverage sector. Jendryk joins Spec Engineering from Zachry, an EPC services firm based in San Antonio, TX. He is a member of PMMI (The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies) and serves on their Membership Development and Petfood Steering committees; is past chairman of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers – Chicago Section (ASME), and is certified in sanitary design and construction for food processing plants.
