CPR and First Aid Training for SPEC

At SPEC, safety is always first! That’s why this month we have been focused on CPR and First Aid. All SPEC employees are now CPR and First Aid certified. And we all feel a lot safer around here now. The tools we learned in our training class will help to give us greater confidence if we ever witness an emergency whether at work, at home, or out in our community. Another bonus was that we actually had a lot of fun learning to save lives. Learning that proper CPR immediately after cardiac arrest can double or triple someone’s chance of survival, made us realize that this is very important.
