SPEC Implements Product to Package Transfer Line
SPEC fully designed and implemented a granular cheese product to package transfer line. The new line discharges and conveys up to 3 filling lines for high speed packaging of a retail product. Using SPEC’s new technology, the line is easy to clean, features low energy usage, shares one blower, and integrates automation to the packaging system.
SPEC’s new SmartVac is incorporated in the line 3 times. The SPEC  SmartVac is the optimal solution for vacuum conveying, point source dust collection, or spill cleanup in a compact, sanitary design that can easily re-introduce material back into your process stream. Reduce waste and increase efficiency by using a SmartVac instead of central dust collection or costly compressed air powered systems.
