2018 Reflection

As January begins, we reflect on our accomplishments and success stories during 2018. We are grateful for the dedication of our employees, customers, vendors, and partners.

2018 brought many new experiences, including hosting the IFT Technical Tour and the inaugural SPEC Junior Engineers Summer Camp. The new acquisition of Revolv Belt Coaters allowed our confectionery brand, Candy Worx, to reach a new audience. Most recently, a partnership with Gray Construction provides SPEC with the capital resources to continue growing.

The past year was also focused on giving back to the community. SPEC employees spent several hours volunteering at the local food pantry, participating in a 5K for a conservation fund, packing food for the needy, volunteering time at many industry organizations, and hosting Strike Out Hunger that raised over $6,500 for Green Harvest Food Pantry.

2019 is a milestone year for SPEC – the 40th anniversary of the company. We look forward to another successful year, showing our customers what we do best – Process Engineering Simplified.
