This building includes two stories above ground and a basement with light wells that surround the building, providing plenty of light for the basement classrooms. The exterior of the building is a smooth plaster finish and has columns at the main entrance. Wood windows retained the historical look of Chapman University and “Old Towne” in the Orange historical district.

Chapman University chose Gray to remodel a 1950 schoolhouse for the university to use as a law clinic. The 9,300 s.f. renovation project was completed in conjunction with the construction of Chapman University’s historic core classroom, another Gray project.
