MITSUI-SOKO (U.S.A.) INC., a Japan-based company, has more than 100 years' experience in warehousing and logistics and has provided service to the U.S. for more than 35 years. Gray was selected to design and build the Washington facility in Spanaway, Washington, which serves as a strategic location for MITSUI-SOKO.

The 203,000 s.f. facility is the company’s first greenfield operation and will support just-in-time distribution services. The new facility is specifically engineered to meet the unique and exacting requirements of the aerospace industry, featuring both refrigerated and ambient temperature warehouse space on over twelve acres. Additionally, it offers maximum flexibility and the secure storage of product in a precisely controlled environment.
