Halla Climate Systems develops and manufactures automotive climate control products. When the company decided it was time to build their first manufacturing facility in the U.S., it selected Gray.

This facility supplies plastic injection molding parts and heating/cooling assemblies to Hyundai Motor Company.
The plant features offices as well as production and warehouse areas. A 30-ton and a 7.5-ton bridge crane were both used as a part of the project. Gray crews also had to dig 150’ x 40’ x 4’-deep pits for two 2,500-ton injection molders.
