Continental Mills is a leader in delivering home baked goodness through the convenience of quick mixes for products such as pies and pancakes, among other tasty treats. The company selected Gray to design and build a 215,000 s.f. expansion followed by a 5,500 s.f. expansion to its food packaging and warehouse facility.

The first expansion included creating one of the largest production and distribution facilities for dry bakery products in the U.S. The second expansion featured new rated drywall partition to isolate the new packaging floor from the adjacent storage area, structural upgrade to the existing roof, new mechanical systems, new walk-on ceiling and grid ceiling, and new lighting.
