Gray Construction Team Members Named to Tilt-Up Concrete Association’s Young Professionals Collaborative
Gray Construction, a leading design-build firm recognized for engineering, architecture and construction expertise, is proud to announce that two of its team members have been asked to serve on the inaugural young professionals collaborative developed by the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA). Mike Roberts, quality coordinator, and Ned Brown, safety coordinator, will participate with others on the collaborative to tackle today’s construction issues including safety and quality control that will create a more efficient and advanced industry for the future.
A total of 39 individuals were selected to participate in a kick-off event in Las Vegas during World of Concrete conference and expo. At this event, the collaborative began to formulate its mission, programming and structure.
“Gray is privileged to have two talented young team members selected to participate in this foundational collaborative effort,” said Jim Grant, vice president of safety and field operations. “Our thanks goes out to the TCA for spearheading this initiative.”
“We look forward to seeing the standards and best practices that are developed to set the stage for the future of the industry,” he added.
The collaborative will continue meeting throughout the year to confront current challenges and set the stage for the next generation.
