Congratulations to Ann McBrayer on being inducted into the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame

On Friday, June 4, 2010, Ann McBrayer was inducted in to the Junior Achievement (JA) Bluegrass Business Hall of Fame along with James F. Hardymon and Dr. Michael Karpf. These individuals join a prestigious group of community and business leaders who have been honored for achievement in their careers, service to the community and their part as role models for our youth. JA’s Bluegrass Business Hall of Fame began in 1989. Since that time, JA has recognized over (50) men and woman including Lois Howard Gray in 1997.

 

Ann McBrayer is President of Kentucky Eagle, Inc., a Gray customer. Kentucky Eagle, known for distributing Budweiser, Kentucky Ale, Dos Lunas Tequila, Monster, Nesquik, Pure Blue Vodka, and others, is a 60 year old, family-owned business. Gray recently completed a 188,024-square-foot beverage distribution facility for Kentucky Eagle. This facility is the first Anheuser-Busch distribution center to become LEED certified. LEED, a trademark of the U.S. Green Building Council, is the nation’s preeminent green building certification program.
