Zach joined the Gray team in 2015 as a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on the Distribution market. After establishing professional relationships with new and existing customers, industry representatives, and economic development representatives, and as a result growing Gray’s resume in the distribution market, he was promoted to Senior Business Development Manager. As part of his role, Zach provides international business development support and represents the company at trade shows and trade association meetings. Zach also delivers sales presentations and meets with key customers, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals, as well as serving as liaison between the sales department and business units. He assists other departments within the organization regarding business development subjects and prepares regular sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed customer base expansion.
When he’s not working, Zach enjoys cycling, golf and caddying for one of his boys, hunting, and coaching little league for one of his other boys.
