Rick came to InLine Engineers, a Gray company, with a long and distinguished career in the material handling and packaging equipment industry, and a solid understanding of related needs in the food and beverage sector. He is an accomplished leader experienced in sales, product line management, product development and commercialization, as well as customer relationships. Rick spent four years as a senior product manager with Honeywell Intelligrated and, prior to that, two years at Shuttleworth, and 23 years in various technical leadership roles at R.A. Jones. Rick received a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

When he isn’t working, Rich enjoys bicycling, motorcycling, rebuilding classic cars, and off-road motorsports.
