Many confectionery products travel through a conventional panner or belt coater to receive a consistent coating.
REVOLV™ and Mini REVOLVTM Belt Coaters deliver a uniform coating of chocolate and yogurt, saving time, labor, and operational costs. Our coaters are designed for easy internal access and constructed for complete washdown for the highest degree of sanitation.
AD Process Equipment also provides polishing pans ranging from 16–60″ and incorporated into a skid system of single or multiple pans. Our products are designed to efficiently engross and polish or glaze a variety of items, including nuts, raisins, small solid chocolate spheres, or large lentils coated in milk chocolate, dark chocolate, yogurt, or hard sugar.
