SPEC Hosts Open House 2015
On Thursday, July 23rd, SPEC invited customers and vendors to celebrate the Grand Opening of our new Plainfield location, an 8000-sq-ft assembly and innovation center. The day started off with a tour of the new office and warehouse as guests began to arrive.
Later on, the SPEC lab presented a material flow analysis demonstration and a pneumatic conveying test demo in our new warehouse; the presentation featured a complete physical material evaluation, including aspects such as angle of repose, angle of slide, particle size analysis, moisture analysis, and particle characterization analysis. The afternoon closed with mingling conversation and a great barbecue lunch catered by Sharko’s BBQ. Overall, the turnout was a huge success and SPEC enjoyed welcoming customers into our new facilities.
