ADPE Spotlight: Jillienne Hussey

Meet Jillienne! Jillienne Hussey is a project manager at AD Process Equipment. She received a BS in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and has recently celebrated her two-year anniversary at ADPE. Jillienne’s day-to-day activities involve being a liaison between the ADPE team and customers on schedule and budget. Her favorite part of the job is getting to work with a variety of team members at ADPE.

Since her time at ADPE, she said the most positive area of growth and change for our company has been that our goals and objectives are clearly defined, and we have leaders who make sure we are aligned with our parent company, Gray. Her most memorable experience since she’s started has been closing out a legacy project that started with a different team. “It was challenging and there were a lot of unknowns but together with design and process team members I was able to complete milestone deliverables,” she said.

When asked what her favorite part about being a member of the ADPE team, she said, “Each person genuinely cares about the success of one another.”  In one word or phrase, she describes ADPE as relevant and valuable.
