ADPE Spotlight: Jason Earl

Meet Jason! Jason Earl is a senior controls engineer at AD Process Equipment. Jason received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University with a concentration in Power and Energy Systems.

Jason has been at ADPE for two years and is responsible for the design, development, and controls of electrical systems and machinery. His favorite part of his job is the creation of novel solutions for complex problems.

Since his time at ADPE, he said the most positive area of growth and change for our company has been our continued maturity. “Over the past 2 years, our company has been met with numerous adversities, yet we have maintained a calmness and stoicism that I appreciate and thrive in,” he said. In one word or phrase, he describes ADPE as “versatile.”

When asked what his favorite part about being a member of the ADPE team is, he said, “The chance to work with some of the brightest and tenacious people I have ever met.” His most memorable experience since he’s started has been working on a very large, ongoing project where he was collaborating with the customer, project management, design engineering, process engineering, and controls.
