Amfine Chemical Corporation is celebrating its 10th year in Hopkinsville, Ky. The anniversary was celebrated with an event at the Hopkinsville facility on Tuesday, October 5^th. The Amfine Board of Directors, Amfine President/CEO Koji Tajima, local government officials and Gray Construction were in attendance. 

The Amfine project won the 2001 DBIA National Design-Build Award in the Industrial/Process Sector under $25 million. The project was recognized for it's complexity and creative use of the design-build method to address schedule and budget challenges.

Gray Construction, ranked 9^th among the U.S. Top Manufacturing Plant Contractors, provided architecture, construction management, civil, electrical, mechanical, structural and process engineering for this facility. Gray was recognized by Amfine officials at the October 5^th event for delivering a quality facility, multiple expansions and continued support.
