Safety is our top priority. In fact, it’s our primary Core Value: We put safety and quality of life first. Prioritizing people and their safety is just the right thing to do. It makes good business sense as well. Fewer injuries means less time lost and lower costs.
Gray-I.C.E. Builders’ dedication to safety goes beyond what is required by OSHA. Safety training, measurable safety goals and stringent monitoring, including subcontractor’s incidents, are part of every Gray-I.C.E. Builders project.
Although Gray-I.C.E. Builders’ safety record is well ahead of the industry average, even one incident is still too many and Gray is committed to working toward zero incidents on its job sites.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is based on our continuous improvement philosophy and reflects the best practices of five decades of experience in the construction business. Our QMS procedures begin day one of the project pre-construction phase and continue until the project is complete. It is a living, dynamic process that ensures quality pulse-points are being monitored and analyzed for compliance to the project specifications in turn providing measurable results and knowledge feedback into the organization.
