Siemens Hutchison, KS Project, Katie Martin Fundraiser
The Siemens project team raised more than $8,600 for Katie Martin, a 17-year-old Nickerson (Kansas) High School senior, battling Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare bone and soft tissue cancer. What’s more, Katie lost her mother to breast cancer at the age of 10. The Gray team learned of Katie’s plight while dining at a local restaurant when they noticed contribution containers featuring Katie’s picture and a synopsis of her story.
