Gray-I.C.E. Builders was formed in 1986 as Industrial Contracting Engineers, a concrete demolition subcontractor with five employees. Over the next 15 years, I.C.E. Builders expanded its services to include manufacturing plant construction and commercial facility construction. In May 2001, the company joined Gray Inc., the parent company of Gray Construction, WS Construction and Gray-I.C.E Builders.
