Gray Construction is the oldest and largest of the Gray group of companies. The company is a leader in providing engineering, design and construction services to a variety of customers throughout the United States. Gray celebrated its 50th year in the construction business in 2010.
We are primarily a design-build company, an integrated firm that provides all pre-design, design and construction services for your project under one roof, but we are more than that. We also offer individual services depending on your needs such as master planning, site selection, engineering, construction management and program management.
We have an international clientele with customers located in the United States, Japan and throughout Europe. Gray is the leading contractor for facilities built in the United States for Japanese businesses. To date, we have been awarded more than 300 projects for Japanese companies.
Our core markets are automotive plant construction, distribution center construction, food and beverage plant construction, Japanese plant construction, Korean plant construction, manufacturing plant construction and mission critical facility construction. A growing area of our business is sustainable design. Gray's LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) team works with customers interested in incorporating the principles of green design in their facilities to receive LEED certification.
